This was the 3rd BMW that I purchased and so far this has been by far the best experience of any purchase yet. My last 2 BMW were easy to buy because i purchased them brand new so it really came down to price. My 3rd one was actually a purchase for my brother and it was CPO'd BMW which is much more difficult to find. Back in December on a Saturday morning my husband brought in our car for servicing. When he made the appt. He told the receptionist in the service dept. that he would need two back tires replaced and to look at the emissions system that the check engine light was on. This appt was confirmed via email. When he arrived he was checked in by his advisor. He was told from time to time by his advisor they are working on the car. "BMW Competition BMW had leased me a lemon and put my..." BMW Competition BMW had leased me a lemon and put my child's life in danger and mine. I leased a 2018 530e iPerformance xDrive Hybrid in February 2018 and have put on about 25K miles on the car. I never abuse the car and drive the speed limit the majority of the time. This car has be in and out of the service department about 7 times for various reasons. That is not counting the 2 sets of rims and 4 sets of tires that I have had to replace on the car for about $5000. ... read more
"Not a very good experience. The sales over promised and..." Not a very good experience. The sales over promised and under delivered had to wait many days to get in the shape it was promised and then when car was picked up it had no gas in it. 2 days later engine light came on. Danny tried his best but still had a not so good experience with the dealership.
