They are unprofessional, unwelcoming, and poor business people. I came in today out of desperation for tires since my car was towed. "Xzilon program is like a scam" Took months for claim approval, then dealer cancelled apointments on same day, gave impossible times to bring car, then made me resubmit the whole thing.
"All in all experience ok. Very disappointed to hear about..." All in all experience ok. Very disappointed to hear about a disposition fee. I was not informed and asked if EVERYTHING was covered and if I owed anything extra. I was told the only payment I had left was my last one. No mention of disposition. "I brought my car in for a NYS inspection and I was..." I brought my car in for a NYS inspection and I was waiting for the car. My service representative, Greg Box, did a good job in insuring that the inspection was done in a timely fashion, so that my waiting time was as short as possible.

"I had very high expectations" I've been shopping for quite a while. I finally found the car I was looking for and was referred to Jason Phelps. He was nice and understanding, and since I was so far away, I decided I would try and negotiate a bit over the phone. He played the salesman game just as they all do and after about half a dozen times of me mentioned we were negotiating for price AFTER tax, he proceeded to send me a bill of sale that excluded tax. "Was this dealership sold?" After leasing numerous cars from this dealership in the past - my most recent experience was horrific. Two people left the company. The former GM is no longer there. It felt more like I was buying a Hyundai in Queens than a luxury car in Smithtown. Whatever has happened - fix it - This is enough for me to change dealerships.

"Stay Away!!" Stay away. I went there looking for a BMW convertible. They had one there that was very close to what I wanted but there was one more that I wanted to see first. They recommended that I leave a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit and they would give me a few days to decide. I requested a refund of my deposit on July 29th. It is now August 16th and I am still fighting with them to get my deposit back. If you do happen to find yourself there take my advise and ask for any other sales person except for Nina.
"Sales person was very nice, but sales manager was nasty" Mark Buro is extremely rude, and looks down at me as a customer. When I was attempting to negotiate a lease deal with him, his words to me were "This is not an Infiniti, like the car you are driving, this is a BMW". He really ought to learn manners.
