"Buyer beware" 69 days after purchasing a 2012 x3 with 43k miles oil light came on. Visit to local dealer and a 2.5k repair estimate for a leaking rear seal. Competitikn BMW says sorry too bad you are out of warranty. The day i picked up car they replaced valve cover. I think they misdiagnosed. The light may have come on 9 days after lemon law, but leak didnt atart then! First online purchase i have had an issue with. Didnt expect this from a BMW dealership. Maybe they don't care since I am not local.

"Professional, courteous and attentive to say the least!" Figd out problem quickly. Replaced motor after trouble shooting issue. Corrected issue w.o ever even goin thru my extended warranty company. I will continue to do business throughout my time here because the service is everything i was hopin to receive. Great place to have top quality service done by professionals. Tha ks for all the great work ladies n gents!

"Service department going downhill " I had to wait almost hour just to check in my car. I have a warning light going off stating I have an airbag issue. They had to keep my car for two days and I still have the problem! The people that work there are terrific but the service department operation seems disorganized and confusing at times. It’s been getting worse for at least the past year.

"Rude FI manager" Just went in to sign for my new car. FI was so rude I just left. When I was in this business they put the strongest sales people in there. Guess that’s no longer the case. My salesman was amazing. Truly sad left a horrible taste in my mouth. Monthly payment was fine just rude because my credit isn’t the best.

I had a BMW from another dealership and for 3 years they just showed me that they didn't care about their customers and they didn't care about keep their customers. The service hours were terrible, they never offered a loaner. They've been trying to get me out of my lease early, but had horrible options for me. They were just horrible people to deal with. This a real good dealership. However the service department is no big deal for what you'd expect at BMW. Too little customer seating. Looks old and dated. The actual service was fine, But when I was called at work and told that my car was ready, I arrived and it wasn't. I had to wait another twenty minutes. They're much more impressive at Nardy Honda. My BMW is great though!

After having a issue with my 535 series high -pressure fuel pump for the 2nd time. The Southampton bmw dealer sent me on on my way saying it wasn't the problem. I have brought the vehicle in 2 times for service to see if a undetermined noise emitting from the rear of the vehicle could be detected and eliminated. It is a intermittent event and I realize that it would be difficult to resolve. The last time I left the vehicle I was offered a loner. Went for free clinic, they found a small bubble on sidewall of front tire..I never would have noticed it..probably prevented a blow out at speed..maybe prevented an accident. Tks
