"Theresa was honest, up front, and great to deal with" The ordering process couldn't have gone any smoother. Theresa was a pleasure to work with. She doesn't have that typical "car salesperson" persona. I ordered a new 3 Series, went in production the following week, and was completed the next week. I can't believe how fast it was built. Two weeks from ordering. I can't say enough nice things about Competition and Theresa. Now I have to wait for it to come across the pond. Exciting process.

"Scheduled service" I stayed and waited for my car to be serviced. My service rep Ken Dramanin was very helpful and did everything I expected. My only complaint would be that it took 3 hours for an oil change and inspection And didn’t think it would take that much time to complete.

"BMW Service" I had the unfortunate experience of blowing a tire on a pothole on the LIE. The tow driver got me to Smithtown BMW as the service department was opening. They took care of my tire without an appointment and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Jackie Ruggerio was very efficient and kind enough to send me photos of the blown tire for a claim.

"Completion BMW the Best" Jackie Ruggiero in service was wonderful. The maintenance team is very experienced and knowledgeable.
