Brought my X3 in for service on 10/10. A week later anti freeze low. Was told by the service dept that the tech may have not been able to get an accurate level as the car may have been hot when I bought it in. I went into Meineke to get that topped off. A week after that the windshield washer fluid froze. I was told that the solution was mixed with water but some customers can request a more concentrated solution. This is my 3rd BMW, including two M's. I keep on coming back because of my sales person (Mesch). It's refreshing to do business with a well run shop and honest saleman. While I understand that they are motivated by profit, they don't seem to be "penny wise, pound foolish." I'm never worried that they will bait and switch me or give me the run-around for an extra couple of bucks, they care about the long term relationship. Guess what? if I'm getting a BMW for my next car, it will be at Daniels.

I dropped my X5 on 5/2 (Wednesday) for services 1) check left brake light and taillight 2) check transmission issues 3) program new key. When I dropped the car I spoke with my adviser and explained all the issues. Eric was very friendly and was very professional. Over a recent weekend, I had a problem with my certified used BMW 328i while on business calls. Three of my four doors would not unlock, nor would the doors open. My driver's side door only opened manually, and erratically at that. It was embarrassing because my passenger and I were forced to enter and exit the vehicle via the driver's side door, and on one instance we had to climb in through the window. I am BMWCCA member for many years and true car enthusiast. I called BMW Daniels out of state and gave them an offer on the rare M5 that they accepted and gave them credit card deposit to hold the car for a week. They listed the car as a CPO on their web page which was incorrect but I decided to get the car anyway since it was a low milage collectors car and the price was fair.
