I called about a BMW convertible vehicle and was given one price , days later the price increased. At this point I was communicating several times a day with my sales man to move forward with the purchase. I was told by Matthew (my sales man) it was because of maintenance that had to be done, however the original price would be honored for me . This was one of many lies I was told by this dealership. I took an older Jag in beautiful condition to get an estimate on a trade for a used BMW to compare to a quote i got from another Dealer ( which gave me 4 times more so i bought there). The sales rep (Brad Murphy) was wonderful to work with, and things went well until the Finance Manager got involved. Instead of simply telling me they wouldn't consider my trade because it would just be auctioned, they just insulted me by giving a listing, he had to go back 2 years, on what the Jag would auction for. Had called the dealership to schedule a part and service purchase and was unable to reach anyone. The parts associate was more than helpful when call was returned an hour later but when transfered to service department I was hung up on and calls weren't answered. When I finally got ahold of someone in parts they weren't able to help me with a simple question regarding fees and then I was transfered to someone authorized, they told me of all the outrageous charges and fees that the dealership has for simple testing. My husband & I have purchased 15 BMW's since 1984 - 3 or 4 of them from Daniels - in the past 15 years - over that same time we have had them serviced by Daniels -the service department is the best thing this dealership has going for it - the sales experience up until this last one was quite satisfactory - this time the sales associate was quite good - knowledgeable & caring but unfortunately when the sales/finance manager got involved things deteriorated quickly - as he was rather aloof - cold & uncaring whether we purchase... read more

Since 1987, I have been a proud owner of BMW products and a loyal customer of Daniels BMW. This dealership is staffed by true professionals who bend over backwards to serve their customers. At every touchpoint (including follow-ups), I'm impressed by their attention to the smallest detail to make me feel valued and over-satisfied. If I could, I'd give them a 6th star on the rating.

I've purchased more than one new BMW from them. The last BMW has had nothing but mechanical issues and it is not even 2 years old yet.. No matter who I turn to, I get the run around. BMW has 12 "rules" they are supposed to follow when dealing with a customer, this dealership doesn't follow them. The are deceitful and will tell you whatever (but never follow through) just to get you to stop complaining. Meanwhile, you are stuck with a very expensive vehicle that you are afraid to drive. Went to purchase a new X3. Initially contacted dealership thru email, got a response from Dick Hughes, who I called directly. Very pleasant and personable on the phone. Explained what I wanted and set up an appt. for two days after I called since I was travelling to the area with my wife who had an appt. that morning. Met intially with Mr. Hughes and took an X3 out. I have had my car serviced here before, and I noticed a reduction in power after the recall service. Also, the service indicator was never reset after an oil change. No loaner car was provided.. I was invited by e-mail to the 2012 BMW 3 series test drive event today (March 24th). This was a scam to get my demographic information. After registering, I waited an hour and a half for the sales person to tell me that they sold the 335i that they had for the test drive event. Their used car manager completely ruined The experience. He was arrogant, rude, and Completely disrespectful. If I wouldn't have been in love with the car, I would have walked away and Taken our business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!
