Daniels was a great place to buy my first BMW. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and unassuming. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision (which rarely occurs at car dealerships in my experience). Although I live in Maryland, I will be going back to Daniels for all my future car needs and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW.
Mark and the staff at Daniels have been outstanding to work with. This is the second vehicle we have purchase from Mark, and he has been great. He is very friendly and goes the extra mile to help you find the right car at the right price. He has made us a customer for life.
December 24th, 2009, I purchased for my wife, a 2006 BMW Z4 3.0 si from Mark Sackett, and Gary Albanese made this a smooth transaction and enjoyable as well..... Service Manager was very helpful as well... had Tire Rack deliver Fun Flat performance Bridgestone Blizzaks mounted shipped to the dealership to install on the car....... MY WIFE LOVES HER CAR..... I bought my Black Sapphire BMW 650I from a doctor outside of Philly last year. I live near Dick Horrigan BMW in Reading, PA and cannot simply deal with those RUDE people over there. I drive an hour to Daniels whenever I need service because of my SA Gelsey Lorish. She is the nicest most respectful person I have ever dealt with. What a pleasure to work with Daniels and Brad Gerhart. He made the purchase of my BMW amazingly easy. All factors were expertly addressed and customer service is incredible. There was an issue with the service on my car. I called quite upset and the above named employees jumped through hoops to address it. They brought me right in, gave me a great loaner car, addressed every problem I had with the service.
