Today, December 28th I took my car for Service - I got in with no wait, and a car was ready for me to use while my car was with them for Service and when it was ready they called me and again with no wait I walked in and was able to pick up my car - looking clean as if I just got a new car and the Service Advisor was so helpful and patient with me and attended to all my request and answer all of my questions, I could not have asked for anything. This dealership deserves it's 5 star rating. The sales staff is professional and fair, and the service is the best I have ever experienced. The car is fixed correctly the first time and in a timely manner. I have been a customer since 1977 and the courtesy and excellent attention to customer service has kept me coming back. I can't think of any constructive criticism, rare these days in any business! I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who has high expectations.
Our most enjoyable car buying experience ever!!! Carrie was the greatest sales person we have dealt with when buying a vehicle. She really listened to what we wanted, was extremely knowledgeable on all of the cars that she showed us, and helped get us in the best car for our needs. We have recommended her to several of our friends and family and would not hesitate to buy a car from her in the future.
This is my second purchase from Daniels BMW. In both cases, I have found that the Daniels team is incredibly knowledgeable, curteous, and fair. Joe has been my service manager for 5 years now. I still marvel at his level of professionalism and organization.
