We are so happy. We purchased our first BMW and Daniels BMW has taken care of our every need. The staff is superb. They are very knowledgeable, and friendly to their customers. And professional! I recommend this dealership. Be sure to consider their location. Dave Hackett and Gary Albanese are tops!

I have been a customer for about 12 years. The reason I keep going back is because of the outstanding service they provide. Dave Hackett goes above and beyond when it's time for me to trade in my car and is always checking in to make sure everything is okay . Joe Millington in the service department is outstanding.

The reason I purchased of my 2010 BMW was because of the personal attention given to me by Dick Hughes, the sales advisor. Dick listened carefully to my needs and worked diligently to meet my needs. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me "extras." He provided a calm friendly atmosphere at the same time efficiently and effectively delivering me with the car I desired. I recommend Daniels BMW and specifically Dick Hughes. They really make a car buying experience something that you want to remember. Mitch

Carrie is an exceptional sales rep... I chose to buy my 2nd bmw thru her b/c of carrie's salesability. She is amazing and made the whole process seamless. I had certain problems with my new car and she helped to resolve them. I am now letting go of new car in hopes of a new 2010...the sales, service (Web-service manager), and professionalism are outstanding! My experience at Daniels BMW was excelleent. It was a pleasure to work with an experienced sales person who listened to my needs and was absolutely wonderful with my family. He treated my wife as the itelligent person she is and was great with my children. He was not just looking to make a sale, but ensure that I got what I wanted and needed. Dealership is clean and waiting area comforatble. Dealership staff is professional and friendly. We purchased our car at Daniel's and also have our car serviced there. Service Appointments are convient for us and the repair is completed in a timely manner. I love that the car is sparkling clean when returned to us!

excellent dealership/personnel. Listens to my needs and do not try to upsell. Have not had any problems with my current BMW that they have not corrected. Last dealer kept placing the blame on me for auto problems, but Daniels just fixes the car.

I knew I wanted a BMW. I went to look around at Daniels BMW, met with Carrie, looked at a few used and new. I decided that I wanted a new one but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Carrie found one with the options that I wanted and got it sent to Daniels. The car arrived, I showed up and signed a few documents and then Carrie showed me all the goodies in the car. She even programmed my bluetooth with my cell phone (something I couldn't do on my own).
