I decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership which was out of state for me, so I flew in to pickup the vehicle and they sent someone to the airport to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. "Our 330 GT had a fluid leak. My wife took it to Rochester..." Our 330 GT had a fluid leak. My wife took it to Rochester BMW. She had to Uber to and from work because they said they didn't have any loaners. Later that day, they called and told her there was no leak. They said they removed all of the splash guards, looked all over and nothing was leaking. It was obvious because you could see the fluid right under the exposed transfer case.
