"Professional staff and comfortable setting " Second time buying a car from Erhard BMW and worked with Andy Campbell both times. No gimmicks or up-selling here, Andy was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me. Overall dealership offers wide varieties and fair prices and they are very confident in the BMW brand. Andy Is often more excited than I am about the cars I buy. Highly recommend.

"Brake problem fixed super quickly and completely" The service department at ERHARD BMW is the finest I have ever experienced in 60 years of owning and leasing cars. They are knowledgeable, attentive and always looking for ways to make the experience easy, quick and perfectly well-done. Especially Sam in the Service Department and Chen Yen, service adviser. Both terrific and 100% helpful.

"Amazing Customer Services" This last visit was my third visit to Erhard BMW Bloomfield Hills The first visit was when we purchased our vehicle to have an inspection done, the second was an oil change, and this last time was also an oil change and an additional inspection for a noise made while driving. "Major undercarriage repairs" My beautiful BMW suffered terrible damage when it struck a curb. Erhard BMW of Bloomfield did an amazing job in getting my car back to me quickly and in perfect shape. The understanding and attention paid to my situation by the employees made this awful occurrence so much easier to handle.

"Excellent Service" Came late to the service appointment, but it was not a big deal. The Service Advisor explained, which services will come up in the near future. So I am prepared. The job was done sooner than I have expected. It was nice to get into clean car and having the feeling, that this car was very well taken care of.
