"Friendly and Professional " I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW 228i at Erhard in April 2018, and I have returned twice for a check on minor service issues. The first time was to inspect the underside of the car after hitting some road debris on a highway trip. No damage, and no charge for the inspection. The second time was to replace a run-flat tire that had broken on a pothole. Again, a great visit - and I recommend the tire and wheel coverage! "Professional staff and comfortable setting " Second time buying a car from Erhard BMW and worked with Andy Campbell both times. No gimmicks or up-selling here, Andy was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with me. Overall dealership offers wide varieties and fair prices and they are very confident in the BMW brand. Andy Is often more excited than I am about the cars I buy. Highly recommend.
