2012 BMW 535i check engine light service The car has been in the shop four times since Nov 2018. The issue is still not fixed and need to go back the 5th time.

Mountain View BMW is horrible There are so many things MVBMW is failing on because of the construction and misguided management. So many missed opportunities because they're so focused on maximizing profit. Labor rate = $240/hour??? I was told that's competitive for the area. Found that out because the brake fluid cost $208 to refill in less than an hour. Total break service front brakes only = $1600. Great Service! I recently brought in my 550i M-Sport to BMW of Mountain View for routine service, including brakes. I've been using them to service my BMW for quite a while now, and they never let me down. As always, the service on my car was performed right, and right on time. Everyone from my Service Advisor, Wayne Chan, to the techs who actually did the work were very professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend BMW of Mountain View.
Out of State Debacke Purchased a BMW from out of state. This was my 3rd BMW product and the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from another state. Purchasing a vehicle from Mountain View BMW turned into a painful debacle. 1St and foremost, this BMW dealership does not employ individuals and care about any transaction other than their own. Go somewhere else!!! Have always had my car serviced by an independent mechanic. Had to bring it here because of 2 two recalls. Service adviser was nice but didn't make good on his promises. Took too long to pick up my car and it wasn't even washed (as promised). Receptionist lacked any customer service skills (at least she could smile once in a while). I would have left a bad review on Yelp but didn't need to as there were plenty of bad ones already.

General Manager PJ Roshan has zero customer skills The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. I went in to look at a 2014 BMW I3 on a Tuesday night. My sales guy Greg did a great job and i really liked the car. I went back to the dealership per my appointment on Friday afternoon with a Cashiers check for the full amount of the car. TOTAL LIARS AND CROOKS, ESPECIALLY SHAK (SALESMAN) I purchased a certified BMW earlier this year (see previous review) and could not be happier until it came time to use the warranty. The salesman Shak told me that the car still had warranty until May 2019 and I received internal documentation, which Shak sent me with the purchase, that clearly shows that the vehicle is warrantied until May 2019. BMW Mountain View AWFUL service experience. Told us car would be done next day. They had the car for 10 days. Communication was terrible. We left multiple messages, because no one in any department would answer. And never heard back. I will NEVER take my car here again.

Recall repairs X5 I brought my x5 diesel in for 2 recalls. I asked about a seat recalibration dash light. I said they could call me to check cost to fix it. No call and fixed with no charge. They also did a free 3 point inspection as well as the recall repairs and gave the car back cleaned inside and out. Car has been out of warranty for 2 years and maintenance done elsewhere. Site under remodel so confusing access.
