BMW of Mountain View doesn?t fix AutoNation Mazda I bought a Mazda 3 up in Roseville 2 years ago. Unacceptable Customer service Very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of follow up . Left several voicemails to assigned service advisor to enquire about service performed but no response . Car was dirty, not charged .

5 series repair Way too expensive for an alternator and battery replacement. Car was returned with the trunk actuator not working and I'm convinced the tech knew about it. He just got the trunk to close and moved on. Not interested in returning to have it dealt with...I'm sure it would be a $500 repair they would not own up to.

Not Impressed I am not impressed with the first time I have used BMW of Mountain View for service on my CPO 428i. The issue I came in for, brakes are making a noise, is still happening. The loaner car they provided was a disaster, I cannot believe a car with under 4000 miles could look this bad. My car was there for 2 days and came back with water spots and dirt on it as it had been on a cattle ranch. I will be finding another dealer for service. Terrible Experience with the Dealership Management I leased a BMW X3 from BMW of Mountain View recently. I was happy with the sales person (Greg). He did very well. We waited for finance for over 3 hours. We had our 2 children with us and it took a long long time for paperwork, very unpleasant that I completely forgot that my wife wanted navigation on the car. Worst place to get your BMW serviced Terrible place to get the car serviced. Misplaced my keys twice, and then parked another car at the exit, blocking the exit for 20 mins as they couldn't find the rep who parked it there. The facility was mediocre at best and the service advisers barely listen.

Terrible customer service experience Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my 2018 440 in for the annual service, and was offered to have the two passenger side rims (which had some minor scuffs). $225 per rim is not cheap, but I agreed - assuming they would deliver on their promise that the rims would look 'like new' after the repair. Well, they didn't. In fact, the rear one actually looked a lot worse. Review of Scheduled Maintenance service I took my 2016 BMW M4 in last week for the regularly scheduled 10K service. The actual service was completed well but the customer service part of the experience was very disappointing. First, I was told that my car would not be ready that day because parts needed to be ordered from the East Coast.
