1 year service of my BMW 540 i Upon arriving I was greeted by several employees and mainly interacted with Wayne Chan. I was delivered a loaner returned it when my car was finished. Wayne was attentive courteous and knowledgeable. I would leave my car with Wayne anytime knowing it’s in great hands! Thanks BMW of Mountain View for taking care of it for me. See you in a year!

A dealership commensurate with the Marque I recently took my M2 in for its required maintenance. I have always found BMW Mt. View to be very thorough, efficient, and professional in their dealings with me, so the bar has been set high already. On this visit, besides having my vehicle ready when promised, they also took the extra precautions of wrapping the steering wheel with a plastic liner as well as covering the seat. Excellent service! Brought my car for oil change and regular service. Everybody in service department was friendly and helpful, everything was done fast. I was even given loaner car so I was able to drive home and then come back. Very happy with the experience!

Outstanding service and amazing service advisor I have been servicing my BMWs at BMW of Mountain View since 1998. Over the past four years I have had Wayne Chan as my service advisor. The quality of his work is impeccable as his the quality of the technicians. As long as they keep this up, I will never switch dealerships.
