Drop off was smooth....but not perfect All in all the process to drop off was very smooth. Great facilities. Bit frustrated to find out there was service due on the car although no notice had been provided.

BMW Mountain View Gets it Done! These guys did an excellent job, from polite negotiating on price to helping us understand our options. Our sales rep Michael was extremely responsive even answering questions at 10PM the day after the sale of the car. Mansoor, the CFS Manager made the lease paperwork process actually enjoyable if you can believe that!

Oil change and more during covid19 Brought in my car for an oil change, and they went above and beyond with also a tire pressure refill, wiper replacements, car wash, and even helped me adjust the springs on my trunk after I had installed a spoiler which affected the weight for the contactless opening. Marc communicated well with me throughout the process and the job was finished within a day! We were able to keep our conversation outside in the breezeway, and overall I felt pandemic safe.

Made my deadline Mark at Mt. View BMW Service is excellent. I hadn't expected that the service on my car would take 4 hours and I had only 5 hours before I had to be at work. He helped me get a loaner car and assured me that my car would be finished on time. He called to tell me that it needed an additional part, but that the car would be ready on time. It was ready when he said it would be and was even cleaned. He was pleasant and professional.
