Feedback on Lease Return and Customer Service I visited the Mountain View dealership to return my leased vehicle. The customer service was very poor. The person who tried to help me was constantly confused, having to ask his manager questions, provided conflicting answers, resulting in great frustration.

Excellent overall service from bmw of mt view i found the car and negotiated the price online with Don Hong (sales). he was easy to work with and not pushy at all. i told him i bought a car from mt view 2 years ago and he tried his best to get my business by getting me the best discount. we pretty much nailed down the price in 2-3 emails. the day of pick up and signing, if you haven't been, the new building is gorgeous and above all i got to work with Hadi (finance manager).
