Good Service Experience I had my car 10,000 mile service done at BMW Mountain View. They came and picked up my car. Performed the service and returned back my car. The service was pretty good and they kept me well informed through the process.

Service Experience with BMW MT View While driving my i3, I experienced a check engine light. I called up BMW of Mt View and was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled with a loaner for the following day. Overall, the experience was average, I asked for the team to vacuum the inside and run it through their car wash since it had been a while. Service review I recently took my car in for its 1 year service and had a very positive experience. There was no wait for my service advisor or a loaner car, and the facilities were very clean. Due to my buying experience I'm still not sure I would recommend this dealer for buying, but I will definitely continue to take my car there for service.
