Marc Nappi came through! Our right speaker holder in our X3 came loose. Initially Marc told me it?s not under warranty and that the dealership thought my wife or someone accidentally jarred it loose. This upset me a bit but Marc said he would try running it by goodwill for approval and he was able to get it fixed at no charge on my next visit.

review of service appt This is the first time I felt satisfied with the service that I have received here and i must say the service coordinator was good. He listened and he was thorough and polite, and so far the car is running well and the repairs seem to ave been made. Most often I have to come back twice to get things taken care of. Maybe there is a change going on and boy would I love that.

BMW of Mountain View - Consistently good! I leased my BMW 530e from here. I have gotten it serviced from the same place since then. I am quite pleased with their customer friendliness, and quality of work. Won't think twice in recommending this dealer to a friend or colleague.

BMW Recall Service My car required a Recall Service and I received a message to schedule an appointment to have it done. I called, set the appointment and the AutoNation service dept did the service. The Service Advisor, Wayne, did and excellent job when I brought my car in. Kudos to all involved for a job well done.

Sales and Service Customer John Roy provided excellent Customer Service. Everyone in the service drive was pleasant helpful, responsive. My vehicle was delivered on a timely basis and the loaner staff was there the minute I pulled in to check in my loaner. Even the Advisors that were not assigned to me made sure I was being helped.
