Mountain View BMW, Mountain View, CA I needed several mechanical repairs on my car. My service advisor told me which repairs were needed NOW and which were not urgent. As the repairs were expensive, I really appreciated his honesty -- so I only needed to fix what needed fixing now. There were 2 small items that they adjusted without charge. My car is 10 years old, so completely out of warranty.

BMW service at Mountain View The brand new Service Center at Mt.View BMW is a great facility with efficient processes and friendly staff. I was expecting my car to stay there over the weekend because of some repairs. I?ve had a loaner so wasn?t concerned, but was very pleased when they?ve called me the same day, less than in five hours, and my cat was ready to go.
