BMW Mountain View Car Service Review Shuttle service arrangement was really very helpful. The service advisor Mat Richardson was very professional and helpful. There is an opportunity for improvement in washing outside and cleaning inside the car. The wheels and body were not properly washed and trunk was not all cleaned after the service.

Bang for your buck, without all the hassle....... Purchased two cars at BMW Mountain View to date and what I liked about both experiences was that I was never pressured into buying a car, nor was I asked when I might return to buy the car. Porsche Cayman purshace at Mountain View BMW I located the Cayman I had been looking for at Mountain View BMW. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. There was an issue with the tire pressure monitoring system which was corrected at no cost to me prior to receiving the car. I got a loan rate lower than quoted and the car was clean when turned over to me.
