BMW x1 Review My salesperson at BMW Mountain was very helpful. I felt I got the facts without the sales pitch. She even came in on her day off to fit my schedule to purchase. All aspects of the car buying process was very straightforward and the sales and finance reps were there to help me purchase exactly the specifications I wanted. I would recommend this dealership.

Good service, but some minor complaints I was mostly happy with the service I had done on my car at BMW in Mountain View, the only not so good parts being: (1) the man who oversaw the service for me at first recommended an expensive type of service that, when I inquired about it, wasn't due for quite a while yet, (2) there was an overly long wait to get my loaner car, and no place to sit while waiting, (3) they no longer offer a shuttle, but only will arrange an Uber or Lyft ride for you if you don't opt for a loaner car, (4... read more

Hassle free experience Front desk was friendly and looked happy to be there. Sales Associate name Ken was professional, and very friendly. I told him what I wanted and how much I can afford and I drove out with my first BMW car??. Finance guy (forgot his name) was friendly, had good sense of humor, which is a plus plus for me. Overall..I loved my experience, didnt feel pressured to purchase extra services that I know I couldn't afford. Especially with our current economy....Excellent service!

Good first experience Good first experience. The team made up for some hiccups and I walked away satisfied. Time will tell if this sentiment holds true as I added a warranty until 2024 and will go back to this location for servicing.

Great Car buying experience It was a great experience buying our cpo car from here. Jacky Li was patient, helped us get the best price and went out of his way to meet our special requests ( finance, delivery, exterior touch ups). Matthew from service was also super helpful.
