Buying experience at BMW Mountain View Expectation was set on the phone and it was the reason I went ahead and made the appointment because the salesperson said she understood and will work with me. 2019 X5 Owner Purchase was very easy. Obtained a competitive quote on the internet, which was honored when I arrived at the dealership to make my purchase. Salesman was very courteous and professional. Dealership is being remodeled, hence, the current facility is adequate (but not much more than that).
