Scouf Overall we had a very nice experience purchasing our first BMW at BMW of Mountain View. Our sales associate, Hamed Bayrami was courteous, helpful, and very low pressure, all the characteristics one could want when looking at new cars. Hamed worked very hard to find the BMW I was looking for (model, color, equipment, etc.). His patience and customer service was exceptional. Speedy easy fun process I placed an order for the car in March they gave me a call when it was ready in May and I was there and the process took about 1 hour.
