Happy with getting X1 serviced at BMW mountainview I been to 1 or 2 other BMW dealer for service, but I liked mountainview best so far. The staff is much more responsive and Eric was friendly and notify me of updates of the car status. The appointment was kept pretty consistently so only a reasonable wait.

Fast, friendly and efficient The service on my BMW 428i has been a breeze. My service agent is friendly and very helpful, often going above and beyond to help me address small cosmetic things I was just going to ignore. The checkin was quick. Since they are undertaking a massive construction project currently, their facilities are impacted but adequate.
