Mountain View BMW It really surprised and disappointed me that they offered so little in trade for my used BMW as I had purchased it there, serviced it there and it was under warrant for the whole time as well as being in excellent condition. Others, like KBB , offered thousands more without even seeing the car. It will be a very nice place once they finish construction ( which seems like it has been going on for years) but its kind of difficult to get from sales to repairs or the parts department now
