service experience at BMW of Mountain View I had my 2011 3 series serviced, they presented me with several options, quoted me prices for each, and did exactly as I asked. New Purchase I purchased a new vehicle recently from BMW of Mountain View. My sales rep Hadid was knowledgeable, efficient, proactive and responsive. My only, somewhat negative comment would be that finance conversations and last minute up-sell discussions took far too long. I'd like to be in out much quicker the next team. The finance team was professional and courteous, just the process was drawn out. Apart from that, the experience was excellent. Great showroom!

BMW X5 My client advisor was Gaurav Pathak and he was instrumental in making the entire process very seamless. He not only helped with the configuration but was constantly providing updates on the progress the car was making through the assembly line. He was very patient and provided all the right answers.
