BMW Airbag recall replacement Two airbags needed to be checked and possibly replaced. Since I decided to wait for the car, the rep prioritized the repair and it was completed in just over an hour. This included a free car wash and vacuuming, and checking the status of all fluids and hoses. Everyone was courteous, helpful and efficient, making the visit very pleasant.
Best BMW service advisor My experience with BMW mountain view was not very good in the past, in regard to vehicle service or the advisors. But this time I met my service advisor Matthew Richardson, he is one of the best BMW Service advisor I would say.
