Seriously worst service ever, i took my car for a "complete spa experience" and i got a cheap car wash when it was supposed to be detail, i had to clean myself the white stains of the wax they used, and the worst thing is that sometimes you are forced to go there since it is the only bmw dealer in el paso
Service never gets any better. Complete disregard for a customer's time and lack luster staff. I wish there was another BMW dealership to do business with and can't wait to upgrade and get an Audi.

No phone calls returned, pushy and rude. I do not recommend buying a car here. Shop around El Paso, but pass over this dealership when looking
