I have been trying since Nov. to get someone in the finance dept to give me a call back. I would not buy another car from them. I've never had so much issue from a car dealer. I bough a Mini Copper from them almost 2 years ago, loved the car, but working with them has been a joke!!!

This dealership has some of the worst service and staff I have ever seen. Besides that they are liars and sold me a car with a bad title when they told me it was clean. They are trying to pull a hustle and the staff does not even try to hide it after the vehicle has been paid for. I will be bringing this dealership under investigation by JAG. I walked into BMW of EP shopping for an X3. Linked up with a salesman pretty quickly; however, he spotted a return customer (a man), decided he was more important and proceeded to have a conversation. Asked me to wait, even. I perused the lot on my own. He came running...or should I say walking with labored breathing b/c he was too lazy to actually move in my direction. My fiance and I walked in to look at an M5 that had been traded in listed as "immaculate". After being ignored and passed around we finally got to see the car, which was far from immaculate and not even listed properly on the website. After that we tried to get some information about the M4 which we then got passed around again. Overall a TERRIBLE experience! If we do buy a BMW, it won't be from BMW of EP.
Love BMW but the service at the dealer at el paso SUCKS just for an oil change they made me wait like 25 minutes for somebody to help me finally I walk away and did it in a private lube. When they sells the car they never make you wait!!!
