"Great Experience! " I liked how uncomplicated the entire process was. I was able to discuss my wishes with Ira Booker, and he was very responsive to my needs. We were able to do almost everything over the phone, which was very nice given the current public health emergency. "Second to NONE!" I brought my Mini Coop in for service and the customer service I experienced was second to none! Kiera in Service was exemplary! She worked with me and my warranty to get the best price and they were very thorough. I will recommend them to everyone!

"Exemplary Customer Service" I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking to Jim, the store manager suggested I drive it home to see how I liked it! I ended up buying it that day. On my way home the dash board was making a rattling noise that I knew would drive my crazy. I sent Jim a message and he said "bring it in whenever you want and I'll get it fixed!" "Ira Booker is awesome. Great experience!" I just bought a car at BMW Des Moines and had an AMAZING client advisor, Ira G. Booker, who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to get me a great deal. I didn't feel bombarded with high pressure sales' techniques, as he was genuine, not at all "pushy" and very centered, sweet and honest. Ask for Ira G. Booker if you are looking for a great advocate.
