"Great Experience! " I liked how uncomplicated the entire process was. I was able to discuss my wishes with Ira Booker, and he was very responsive to my needs. We were able to do almost everything over the phone, which was very nice given the current public health emergency. "Exemplary Customer Service" I bought a used Toyota Highlander from BMW. Jim Andrews was my salesman and went above and beyond, even though is was a used Toyota! While talking to Jim, the store manager suggested I drive it home to see how I liked it! I ended up buying it that day. "Ira Booker is awesome. Great experience!" I just bought a car at BMW Des Moines and had an AMAZING client advisor, Ira G. Booker, who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to get me a great deal. I didn't feel bombarded with high pressure sales' techniques, as he was genuine, not at all "pushy" and very centered, sweet and honest. Ask for Ira G. Booker if you are looking for a great advocate. The finance guys were also awesome and I am so glad for the overall experience!!!
