This was our first lease of a vehicle (been buying cars for 45 + years). We went to 6 different dealerships and found most had misleading come-ons to get you into the dealership where you learned the real details of the lease. You feel misled and then distrustful. The sales team at Tulley BMW provided me with another great experience in buying a BMW. I was already a BMW owner and knew that this was what I wanted again. Once you own one, you won't be disappointed. Joe McDonough made the deal hassle free. Emily Gallagher made the financial paperwork a breeze. And Dave Gott helped me tie up the finishing touches on an already beautiful Certified Pre-Owned BMW. I would recommend that anyone who wants to buy or lease do so at Tulley!
Tulley BMW was a pleasure to deal with. Leo Debrum was the salesperson who helped me and he was great to deal with ( no high pressure sales tactics). Everyone else I worked with at the dealership was friendly, courteous and helpful.
Nick was my primary salesman and was extremely helpful in pointing out the differences between the various new models, including both the technical description and his own personal description based upon his experience in driving each model. My experience with Tulley BMW started via e-mail inquiring about a particular vehicle. I received a prompt response from Jim Beal and after a few weeks corresponding, I went to the dealership and was treated courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered and Jim was extremely thorough as well as friendly. In all of my return to visits thus far my experiences both with the sales and service departments have all been quite positive. Thank you.
This is my third experience leasing a BMW from Tulley and working with Jim Beal.He is truly the main reason I returned. He goes out of his way to make sure everything works out perfectly. The Service Department is also great. I did check out other models but the BMW was by far the best.
