My salesperson, Nick Plasteras, took care of every detail from the moment I arrived at the dealership. I was very surprised at the level of care and attention Nick gave me during the sales process. He went what seemed like every detail of the car during the delivery and his follow-up after the sale was surprising (in a good way) as well. I will certainly recommend Nick to friends and family.

Nick was great to work with. He was straight forward and made the whole car buying process a pleasure. I also thought it was great touch to see my car in the middle of the showroom with my name on it when i came in for delivery. Nick went through everything with me in as much detail as I needed....

Steve and I spoke over the phone several times and he described three vehicles in stock which matched my interests. I arrived at the dealership a couple days later and found exactly what he described, test drove the car and was sold before I had taken the test drive off the lot. BMW makes a fine automobile and Steve made the process of buying the vehicle easy and pleasurable. From the very start Nick has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the topic. He has been patient and has answered all the questions we had. We would recommend him and the company to other customers.

Nick was responsive, very forthcoming with information, and down to earth. When I asked over email for some pricing on some of the options I wanted, he sent me a detailed listing. None of the other dealerships I had contacted (5 of them) gave any specifics without first insisting I come to the showroom. As far as buying a car goes, the experience was low stress. The model of the car I wanted wasn't in stock, so I had to order it, which ended up being okay because I got exactly what I wanted. I got a fair price, but the main reason I purchased at Tulley is the service. I have been going to Tulley service for over 4 years and they have also been a pleasure to deal with and make sure my car is operating it top operating condition. I would recommend Tulley to anyone. Being 60 yrs old, I have bought many new cars over the years. My salesman, Jamie Chisolm was by far the best, most accomadating and hardest working person to date. Great knowledge and willingness to get me what I wanted. Don't think he knew the word "no". By far, the smoothest purchase I ever made, thanks to Jamie. Would highly recommend him. Everything about my Tulley purchase was first class . I was greeted nicely at first and sales took the time to listen to my needs . The price negotiation was respectful and honest and all things were done in the time frame promised . The condition of the car at pick up was absolutely first rate and I have recommended Tulley to many friends in the Sunapee area who admired the BMW. I hope my service is as good as the purchase.
