Purchase went very smooth. There was no back and forth with the manager. The trade in price was right on target and the sale price was great.
I have just purchased yet another BMW from Nick. He has been assisting me for several years. I find that his expertise and product knowledge have been invaluable to me during my dicision making to purchase another BMW. Nick has been very responsive to my needs as pertaining to safety, engineering, and practicality in choice of model. We had an excellent experience with Nick when coming in to lease a new BMW. Nick was friendly, patient, and above all honest with us - I particularly appreciated his sincere attempts to steer us toward a car he felt was best suited to our needs rather than simply the most expensive model he could sell us. I may very well be in the market for leasing another car sometime in the next year or two, and will most certainly come back to see Nick if that turns out to be the case.
In my dealings with Tully -- they always are courteous and helpful -- their service far exceeds my expectations. They are very helpful and very prompt with service. We first purchased from Tulley last year and really hated our 650i convertible for multiple reasons that would take forever to list. But Jim made buying our brand-new X5 M really easy to come together. They took back the car we hated for almost every penny I paid for it, and got us into a super car suv. Experience was very good; no issues spending time test driving multiple vehicles. Our Sales person, Leo DeBrum, was very helpful and always answered our follow-up questions promptly by phone or email. Sales support staff was very professional and our transaction was handled without any glitches. Chose the European pick-up which was a great experience and again went through without any issues.
Joe was so helpful to a first time buyer! He took time to educate me about the car in a way an inexperienced auto person could understand. It was a pleasure!
don't need to say much more about this dealership........... they are indeed the best dealership i have dealt with in all my years of having a car in general, but especially with my BMW experience....... they nailed everything.... pricing....was the ultimate factor in my decision. but Jim Beal at Tulley BMW showed friendly and respectful service to me... if i need to purchase a car again.... i will go right back to Jim Beal at Tulley BMW....
