Great experience so far! I was really nervous about working with Perillo due to many of the negative ratings I have seen, but as far as i'm concerned they treated me great. Peter Mers was my advisor and he was fantastic. He really took the time to work with me and even worked with management on getting a great deal put together. Michael is outstanding. Having spent more than 30 years in a executive capacity in the automobile industry, I have seen the good, bad and everything inbetween. Michael was great to work with and really knew his information. Being that we were new to BMW, he walked us through each of our options and all of the available features, even if it meant him staying after hours (which we really appreciated!). His enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand really helped us make the best decision possible and we drove home very happy in our new car. We're excited to have a new car and dealership in the city which we will definitely recommend!
The excitement you get out of driving a new car can sometimes be overshadowed by the pain of going in/out of dealerships looking for the "perfect" car. However, working with Michael and the rest of the staff made it much more enjoyable. Good work, guys. Keep it up.
It's was Memorial Day and wanted to buy a car. I had promised my niece the car I was currently driving. I went to purchase the Audi Q5 from the dealership just across the street from Perillo BMW but the service was poor I felt ignored and not taken seriously. I would like to truly commend Michael Hall of Perillo BMW for making my X1 purchase experience one of a kind. My husband and I walked into the dealership 15 minutes before closing during our first visit. We were in the area and just wanted to take a quick look at the new X1s.
