From the movement I entered the service entrance and had Nannette take care of me to a follow up today(01-21-14) after multi calls between Peter (sales)and myself last night ending with the purchase of my new/used 2011 BMW x3. Brad is a great SA. Easy to work with and always addresses all of the concerns. Perillo is busy so book a loaner a week in advance, if you need one. They have great master Techs, especially Mike K.

Our experience in dealing with Saleem (sorry I do not know his last name) and Sebastian was absolutely great. Saleem worked with us on the price, while Sebastian worked with us on the car, color, features, etc. I would recommend the dealership and in particular both Saleem and Sebastian to any one.

Perillo BMW had a car advertised that we wanted to buy. We called and spoke with Peter Mers. After making an appointment to see the car that afternoon we arrived to a very friendly dealership in the city. Peter greeted us with all the information and the car ready for a test drive. Mahmoud Parsa was friendly and helpful in our purchase of a used BMW 535ix. All of our questions were answered online and by phone. We only visited the dealership once to pick up the car. When the battery was found to be low, Mahmoud had the service department install a new one. We never had to ask. I am an old type A that hates car dealerships in general. I think any car dealership experience largely depends on the single point of contact you have: the sales associate or the service adviser. I read some good reviews about Frank Billman on this site, and specifically requested him to be my SA. Best decision I made in my new car purchase plan! I'd been looking around for a newer BMW CPO, when I came across a CPO 2011 335xi with very low mileage and every option I wanted.
