I came in for recall service Friday April 22, 2013 and was immediately helped by an extremely polite lady Danette Surges. I've never experienced such high end professionalism in all my years. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, was extremely knowledgeable, and called me back as soon as the car was ready. I can only hope in the future that I will have the great oppurtunity to work with Ms. Surges again. She is truly invaluble to your service group.
Danette has always provided excellent and friendly service. She is knowlegable, practical, forthcoming and always attentive to my needs. This is my third BMW purchased from Perillo in 6 years, and I expect to be back for my fourth. The entire sales and service team have set themselves apart from any other dealership I have ever worked with. Vanessa Carr has taken the time to get to know me and my tastes so that she was able to find the perfect car over and over. The finance and service teams have always gone above and beyond to assure outstanding customer care. I can not recommend this dealership highly enough.
