Michael Hall is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable man, who to great care to ensure that we were thrilled with our new BMW. He took the time to teach us how the technology works with our car and even offered to spend time with us upon request for a refresher course. He made himself available, even on his day off, by sharing his cell and email. I am certain that he with provide assistance in the future and I will certainly recommend Michael to my friends and family.

As a Canadian customer shopping for a car in the States, a lot of my efforts and responses from other dealers where less then pleasant. I was looking for a specific model and found one at Perillo BMW in Chicago. My first phone car got answer by Mr. Hall who was more then ready to help me with the sale. This review might seem odd because we ended up buying an Audi instead of a BMW, but I felt compelled to write one because the Perillo BMW salesman Michael Hall is simply the best car salesman I have ever experierenced in 43 years of driving. There were some specific and practical reasons we chose the competition, but these had nothing to do with Perillo or Michael Hall. Best buying experience in years. Saleman was direct and to the point. He answered all questions, diplayed car and offered a complete test drive. Negotiation on price was simple. Delivery of car was excellent. No sales of warranty or protection.

Michael Hall was very helpful and informative. He worked very hard to get me into my "Dream Car". The dealership was very impressive and the vehicles were very well kept and beautiful. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

After looking at the other favorable statements about Michael Hall I cannot add anything else or he would explode with pride. Simply...Michael is very excited about what he does and enjoys his work. Everyone has to love what they are doing and Mr. Hall shows it in his efforts. A fine young man with a passion to make sure you are very happy with your purchase. Michael Hall made the buying a used car memorable for all the right reasons. Michael closed off every detail he promised throughout the negotiation process from his willingness to barter on a great price to follow up calls to make sure my wife and I were comfortable after we drove away. Good Service. Michael was very helpful. Dealership easily accessible and close to downtown. Goood number of cars to make a choice. Pricing was quite moderate.

Both Michael and Chris were extremely helpful in picking my new car and transitioning from my old lease and all arrangements that needed to be made [including giving me a loaner for the day so I wouldn't be delayed while waiting for new car]. Definitely ask for Michael if you need a good and knowledgeable sales person.
