"Sloppy pushy cocky - unpleasant" I understand that Todd Stilwell was trying the play the sale game and go back and forth on cars and numbers, but really he was not knowledanle and didn’t listen to our needs. Even let the F word slip out. Terrible experience wouldn’t go back
"Lied to by Perillo BMW" I bought and financed a 2016 # series from Perillo the week of Jan 7, 2019. One of the very specific points brought up by the Salesman (Marco) was that the car had the remaining 30,000 mile maintenance warranty. Although I wasn't planning on "cleaning up" on usage of the remaining warranty, it was a plus that I would at least get a scheduled maintenance or two out of it. "Worst Dealership " I just bought a 2017 BMW 740i XDrive from Joe Perillo BMW dealership in Chicago; during the car review process I somehow missed the curb rashes on the two front wheels. When I called the dealership and asked for fixing the wheels, they said that it’s been three weeks and not our responsibility anymore; upon insistence they said we will pay half of the cost. "Sales Fraud" Mark Schneider, general sales manager, lied to me face to face. His salesperson Mahmoud Parsa fraudulently sold an extended warranty. I asked for a refund. Schneider said he would cut a check and mail it. He never sent the check. I recommend taking your business anywhere else.
"Don't trust BMW Roadside Assistance or Perillo." I would caution anyone who requires Roadside Assistance to be certain to remove anything of any value from your car. Mine was towed during the polar vortex and gift cards and small change was stolen while the car was in the hands of BMW Roadside Assistance and Perillo BMW. I have contacted Perillo, Roadside Assistance and BMW USA, and rather than reimburse me $220 they chose to put at risk the loyalty of a 2 BMW household. "Poor communication " They didn’t contact me to let me know the car was ready, or answer one text or three calls enquiring about the status. Finally got the car the following day.
"Drivetrain Malfunction after 15k Dealer Service" I purchased CPO 535i GT from Perillo less than a year ago. Took it in for 15k recommended service. Today it's not working! Car had to be towed home because of a Drivetrain malfunction indicator. Car lost ability to accelerate while on Lake Shore Drive. Had to be towed. It's Saturday and Perillo Service Center is CLOSED. "Customer satisfaction at its worst" I wanted to buy a CPO and approached this dealership to go see a few models . The customer consultant was not a bit helpful. He was rude and was hesitant to even give us a test drive. I was shocked to see someone at a BMW dealership expecting customers to buy and finalize a car before driving it. DONT GO BUY A CAR HERE. His attitude made me pick another dealership to buy my car.
"Awful experience at Perillo- avoid at all costs " Turned in my lease and was presented two options: sign a new, much more expensive lease for a worse car, or be charged over $2,000 for “refurbishing” my car to be resold. Avoid these criminals. Also, unless you come in a suit, expect to be wholly ignored because you’re “not their typical clientele”.
