Bought a 2018 CRV in May from Michelle Keller
I had a 2014 CRV which I had completely enjoyed (purchased at Don Jacobs along with a 2013 Civic for my daughter in 2013), really did not intend to upgrade, however when I was in the dealership to buy a 2014 Civic for another daughter in January, 2018. In casual conversation with Michelle she mentioned some of the safety upgrades with the newer models . As an older driver it perked my interest. I told Michelle I would think about it. In March, Michelle checked in with me at which time I told her I was seriously considering it but not before May and would be in touch. I was so impressed with her respecting my space, she allowed me to get back in touch on my timetable.
I was committed to going back to Michelle for my May purchase because she was so helpful with the purchase in Jan. She assisted my daughter in learning the features of her car and in general just a pleasure to work with. Since buying my CRV, I've gone back to se her several times with questions. Michelle is always willing to explain and in some cases re-explain features to me.
In addition, my daughter who I bought the 2013 Civic for that started my relationship with your company, came with me on the day I purchased. We were considering trading her Civic and for her to pick up my original CRV because she needed a larger car. She and her husband actually ended up trading her Civic and purchased another CRV form Michelle on the same day of my purchase. All of this happened because of the ease it was to work with her. Since January we have purchased 3 cars from her.
Another reason why I returned to Don Jacobs for the car in Jan was that since buying my 2014 CRV I have had all my maintenance completed there. Kenny Adams is the service agent that I have always gone to. He is professional, has always pleasant, answered my questions and in general just very helpful. I'm a forever customer.
