I have had the good fortune to have had 6 different BMW's from Don Jacobs BMW over the last 21 years (I still own 3 of them) and would recommend Don Jacobs BMW without hesitation to everyone who is interested in owning or servicing their BMW. Experienced a water pump issue while en route to Virginia from Indianapolis. Tim was there with us from start to finish and had us on the road first thing the next morning (much to our surprise), even though we brought the car in just before close. Thanks to Tim we only missed half a day of riding. Can't thank him enough.
I have taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership and each time I go to Tim Davis because he is great to work with. He always makes sure that the service on my car is being taken care of and completed properly. Tim also provides my vehicle with a wash and last but not least Tim communicates with me during the service on my vehicle and also does a check up on my vehicle after the service has been done. I highly recommend Tim if you are visiting this dealership for any service.
I have taken my car to Robbie at the Don Jacob's BMW service center several times and he is always great to work with. He makes sure to address all of my concerns, calls to follow up the next day and even re-washes my car if its not perfect! Robbie has a great attitude and is willing to help in any way he can.
