I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Kenny Cross at Don Jacobs in Lexington. Kenny was recommended to me by a friend who recently purchased a car from him. Don Jacobs has the BEST service department! I live two hours from the dealership but Tim has never failed to accommodate me. He always greets me immediately and is so professional! He goes out of his way to see that I am checked in immediately and has a loaner car waiting for me. He thoroughly explains any services performed. I can't say enough good things about Tim. The service department at Don Javobs BMW far exceeded my expections. I recently re-located to Lexington. I have owned 3 other BMW's in addition to my current one. I had the best service experience at Don Jacobs BMW than I have ever had from any other dealership. My car was serviced in a timely manner and all of the staff was incredibly friendly. I do not dread have my car serviced anymore!!
My service experience was great. Jeff was wonderful to work with. I brought my vehicle in for service in the morning and was given a loaner car. Picked up my nice clean vehicle at the end of the day! Jeff was great from start to finish!
We're on our fourth BMW from Don Jacobs with Patron Hatcher. We have had excellent service each visit, including spontaneous stops over simple things.
I bought my 2005 BMW 330i from Don Jacobs a few years ago and while it hasn't had many issues, Tim has always been there to get me fixed up and back on the road quickly! I have also purchased parts from their friendly parts staff and they are always helpful and knowledgeable.
I have been helped by almost all of the guys in the service department and they have all been great. Robbie, in particular, has been terrific - even delivering my keys to me when I left them at the dealership! I'm always kept informed of progress and provided with a beautiful, new loaner car for the day. Happy to recommend this dealership.
