I have been an Old Don Jacobs customer for over 20 years, and I am long overdue in praising their service department. Both Dan Trisko, and Joe Sullivan in the BMW service department always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is fixed right and on time. In my last experience there, I needed my car back for a trip very early the next morning. While traveling through town I had a flat tire and showed up at dealership unannounced with no appointment. The service writer promptly greeted me and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you for not allowing this to ruin my trip.
Spent 2 months trying to get my tires right at a supposed "tire center". I got frustrated with them and made an appointment at Don Jacobs. Within 1 day they had my 2004 545i BMW running like new. I even had a couple of follow up calls from Robbie Slusher to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to get my 2011 X3 serviced. Dan was amazing as always. I test drove the new 2014 435i and ended up trading in my X3 for a new set of wheels! The sales department was great and no pressure and the service department delivered on everything. I love Don Jacobs and will continue using them for all my vehicle's needs.
