Murray BMW Denver The excitement of buying a new car can become frustrating should there be problems or difficulties between the buyer expectation and the seller delivering. The dealer who can deal with the difficulties to the satisfaction of the buyer is to be complimented. Murray advertised a new X1 but in the packages one package was not included either from BMW USA or in the internet listing. Murray BMW - Excellent service My expectations continue to be exceeded each time I take my X5 in for normal maintenance. The service advisory (Enzo) is professional, courteous, and technically proficient. I appreciate their loaner car policy. Their attention to detail gives me confidence in the work. Their professionalism will bring me back for my next car purchase.

Body Works by Murray Imports Took car in for routine oil service, which was performed as expected. I asked about a recommendation re a ding in my hood, which could likely be repaired by a paint-free ding technician. Body Works by Murray Imports was recommended and I was given a flyer with directions, etc. I spent over an hour driving to/from Body Works in unpleasant traffic only to be told I needed an appointment for an estimator to come out the door to take a look. Great Emergency Service Had an oil repair and had to have my X5 towed to the dealership.....they fixed it quickly and provided a loaner without hesitation......Great Service.

Poor service, horrible car 2013 X3 with run flat tires. I have spent around $4000 on tires with nails that are unfixable. The tire pressure monitor goes off about 5 times per week so constantly adding air to tires that are fine. Went in for one tire replacement. They found another tire to have a nail in it. When I didn't want them to replace the tire, they must have placed my car at the end of the line for service. I finally got the car 6.5 hours after I dropped it off. It takes 45 minutes to change and balance a tire. The s... read more

Worst dealership ever! Total disorganization and chaos. Lengthy wait times even with an appointment. Personnel have very little interest or knowledge. Usually have to bring the vehicle back because something.
