"2015 328i" I love my certified 2015 BMW 328i!!! My car is everything I expected and more. My salesperson Alexis was very professional from start to finish. she made my experience wonderful and relaxing(no pressure) I cannot stand pushy sales associates. Alexis is definitely an asset to Ferman BMW. I give 2 thumbs up for the quality and service there!!!

"Unexpectedly Positve..." Manolo Santos, Motoring Advisor at Ferman Mini provided considerate and attentive service. He found cars that met my criteria and worked to make the acquisition process a positive experience. Despite earlier disconcerting experiences, it was Santos’ service that convinced me to once again choose not only Ferman but Mini as well.

"Awesome service and staff!" Everyone at Ferman BMW is so friendly and helpful! I purchased my vehicle in another state but they kindly helped me from scheduling all of the way to fixing the issue. And, Nicholas was amazing and also extending his services whenever I needed to bring my vehicle in again. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership!

"Great Deal From A Really Nice Salesman" My wife and I were looking to trade in our vehicles for two newer pre-owned vehicles.
