"Jamie once again made my experience flawless." My vehicle X5 BMW had been serviced early this Spring. Last week I found I was having the same exact problem. I was able to get in with no wait and Jamie’s was able to accommodate me with a loaner. My car was fixed within a couple of days and it was covered by the dealership warranty. I’m very pleased.

"Excellent Customer Service " Cesar was outstanding. He kept me well informed as to the state of my service. He was proactive in getting the estimate for the new tires I needed. "Prepurchase check" I took the car for a precheck before buying the car from another dealer. I got a great service and attention, and a call the next day and a text today to see how things were going. And the best part is that they offered me a full warranty service on an air-bag. I loved the car, I bought it, so now I will take the car for the service, they even offered me a loan until gets fix. This is what we call service.

"Great people!!" Very happy with Ferman BMW, Only one problem and it is when it comes to CAR WASH. Must of the time is comes back dirty, and small scratches. It would be nice if Ferman BMW would offer a detail. my overall experience is great.
