"Service and CPO warranty" This dealer can gone above and beyond in standing behind their CPO warranty in my first 12 months of bmw ownership. After a rocky start with my first service manager, the have taken care of me on all fronts. Probably customer for life at this point if it keeps up. The wife needs a x3!

"New car purchase" Ryan George is awesome. Very helpful...but I purchased a car that cost less than my trade iin. My trade in had no lien and I surrendered the title. It is my opinion I should have received the amount owed to me at the time of the transaction- not several days later.

"Amazing First Time BMW Experience" I have never had sales reps as wonderful as Mary and Ryan. They were so kind and patient with us as we pondered purchasing 2 certified preowned BMWs. "Excellent, professional, expedient service" I brought my car in to have several items serviced. I was able to make an appointment quickly, request a loaner car for the day since picking up the following and needed transport. I was checked in quickly by my Service Manager and checked out quickly with a loaner. Everyone was pleasant and they provided quick follow-up on status of everything. I highly recommend this BMW Service Center and the great service will bring me to Sales at Ferman BMW for my next car.
