"Be service and parts department " I needed a spare key made and felt like I was the most important person there. They had my key made and washed my car all for a simple key. Cesar and Bob are the best!!!

"Ferman BMW Cares" Car buying is usually a big hassle and very time consuming, but NOT on my recent purchase with Ferman BMW. My salesman, Brian Gains, was very professional when first meeting us, was extremely knowledgeable on the BMW product and gave us his professional opinion on different car options that could meet my needs. There was no pressure during our first, second and or third visit. On my third visit I test drove the car I wanted, again, and within 15 minutes of stating I wanted the car a DEAL was made.
