My salesperson, Gary Mack was great. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted for he price I wanted to pay. He coordinated everything for a seamless transaction. Gary made sure the vehicle was fully detailed and the gas tank was full when I arrived to pick it up. We will definitely be back again!

NICE GUY, WE AGREED ON A PRICE,DROVE FROM ORLANDO.WHEN I WALKED IN, I WAS GREETED BY ALEXIS ONE OF THE SALES CONSULTANTS,VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT GIVE IT A 5 STAR WAS BECAUSE MY CREDIT SCORE WAS PULLED UP TWICE,NOT SURE WHY.FINANCE WITH TOMAS WAS PLEASANT AS WELL. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.

This is my 3rd BMW from Ferman BMW and my 7th car from the chain. Shane and Brian were accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
