My family and I came to Ferman BMW to meet with Alexander Wolf regarding a new car purchase. We all left impressed by his thoughtful and honest approach to selling cars. Friends in Gulfport recommended Ferman's and I was not an easy customer. It was not a simple transaction. Alex Wolf was patient, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and very professional. Well...except pricing issues there is nothing negative about this dealership. People are friendly, service is exceptional and timely. We bought 2 vehicles since 2008 and would do it again if I have to.

This dealership definitely wants you to have the right car. Steve didn’t try to sell me something that I wasn’t into, he just kept letting me test drive until I found the perfect one. When I did, he gave us the price we wanted with very Little’s hassle. Everyone treated us like we were celebrities; a great time all around.

I have a great story about this dealership. I was going to lease a car in Miami FL and the dealership advertised an offer which they didn't honor. A friend of mine was able to get the deal at another dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. There was no other car in the Miami area of the model that I wanted so I went on the internet and found Ferman had one of the models on their lot.
