My family and I came to Ferman BMW to meet with Alexander Wolf regarding a new car purchase. We all left impressed by his thoughtful and honest approach to selling cars. Well...except pricing issues there is nothing negative about this dealership. People are friendly, service is exceptional and timely. We bought 2 vehicles since 2008 and would do it again if I have to.
Our experience with Ferman BMW was fantastic to say the least. We were very impressed with the service, vehicles and most of all the staff. Kenny was extremely helpful as was the rest of the team. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as purchasing a BMW.

This dealership definitely wants you to have the right car. Steve didn’t try to sell me something that I wasn’t into, he just kept letting me test drive until I found the perfect one. When I did, he gave us the price we wanted with very Little’s hassle. Everyone treated us like we were celebrities; a great time all around.
I have a great story about this dealership. I was going to lease a car in Miami FL and the dealership advertised an offer which they didn't honor. A friend of mine was able to get the deal at another dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. There was no other car in the Miami area of the model that I wanted so I went on the internet and found Ferman had one of the models on their lot.
